John is in W110 alongside Katherine Bavin Packer, his wife who died 25/5/1894, aged 74. Their father John Packer lies between them in W111 with Susannah , his wife and Marianna |

Transciption: | MR. JOHN PACKER, so long well known in The Kennet and Lambourn as chairman of the Newbury and District Angling Association, expired on Saturday. The deceased gentleman, who was deservedly held in high esteem, attained the ago of 75, and his health had been been failing for some lime. Mrs. Packer, the widow, is in serious condition. |

HAVE received instructions from the executrixes of the late Mr. John Packer, to Sell by Auction, on the premises, on FRIDAY, AUGUST 3rd, 1894, at II o’clock precisely, the whole of the HOUSEHOLD FURNITURE, comprising Brussels carpets, sets of mahogany and rosewood chairs, dining, card, and Sutherland tables, 18in. mirror, antique walnut knee-hole table, Chippendale drawers, chimney glasses, bedsteads and bedding, linen, old engravings and prints, plate and plated articles, books, Cottage Pianoforte, by Cramer, Beale, & Co., ornaments, shop fixtures, jeweller's counter and show cases, and window fittings, by Sage, magic lantern and slides, telescopes, revolver, regulator, bracket and mantel clocks, lathe, tools, and materials, work benches, tent, and miscellaneous effects.
