SUDDEN DEATH
On Monday morning Mrs. White, and inmate of Hunt's Almshouses, West-mills, was found dead in her bed by her grand daughter. The old lady, who had attained the patriarchal age of 84, had been in failing health for some time, but had not been under medical treatment for two years. The matter was reported to Dr. Watson, borough coroner, but as Dr. Palmer was able to give a certificate as to the cause of death an inquest was rendered unnecessary.
Mrs.White will be best remembered by the rising generation as having been the manufacturer of some excellent leather balls, in which she did a large trade some years ago.
