Artists get ready for Open Studios

Chapel cleared for new exhibition

Isabel Carmona-Andreu, Christine Lack and Kate Steele have begin their preparations for this year's Open Studios exhibition. The Chapel has been almost completely cleared so they have carte blanche for this year's collaborative artwork project which takes its inspiration from local environments.

The Japanese paper windows they made last year have been re-installed. Despite being stored carefully in a house over the winter one of them (Summer) needs a little TLC, but the other three are looking wonderful - so much better than the tatty Critall windows. I wonder what they will treat us to this year?

Open Studios begins for the Chapel on the weekend on 30th April/1st May.
