Inscription:		Shield Face: In Loving Memory of Jack M. Evans who gave his life for King and Country Oct. 20th. 1940 aged 23. North kerbstone: In Memory of John Claridge who died Oct. 30th. 1916 aged 56 South kerbstone: Also Louisa, his wife who died Feb. 5th. 1917 aged 54.

Condition of memorial:		Shield fair, kerbstones subsiding.
