Frank Walton was born to Richard, a master clothier, & Fanny in Brighton, Sussex. He married Winifred Silvester in Ryde, Isle of Wight in 1903 & they had 3 children. Frank first worked as a Clothier's assistant aged 15 then was recorded as a Sergeant in the Royal Garrison Artillery in Newhaven, Sussex in 1911. Their two younger children were born in Hong Kong (during his military service?). When they died they were publicans at the Two Brewers Inn, Newbury. Frank left £184 to Winifred's sisters, Charlotte Silvester & Mrs. Agnes Barkham. Sources: Ancestry records.
