Harry Andrews was a policeman with the Newbury Police Force. When the Newbury police force was assimilated into the County Force in 1875, it was stated that Harry "was not in a condition to continue service."  He was therefore dismissed on 25th March 1875. 

The poor soul was in his grave less than a month later at the tender age of 23.
