Stephen was baptised on the 12^th August 1792 in Longcot, Berkshire (no parents recorded on baptism record)

Stephen married Ann King on the 23^rd February 1814, in Shrivenham, Hampshire

The 1851 census records Stephen (57) as a Rope Maker, living in Bartholomew Street, Newbury with his wife Ann (47)

He died aged 62 in 1851 and was laid to rest in the Newtown Road Cemetery on the 5^th August.
