Charles George Irons
1854-1855
Charles George was born in Newbury, Berkshire, he was baptised on the 25th June 1854 at St Nicolas Church Newbury, the son of George and Jane Irons (nee Harrison) who were married on the 11th November 1851 at All Saints, Weston, Somerset.
Charles George died before reaching his 1st birthday, he was laid to rest in the Newtown Road Cemetery on the 30th April 1855.

His mother Jane was born c1834 in Newbury, Berkshire, the daughter of Mary and Charles Harrison (nee Carter) who were married on the 26th November 1833 in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire
His father George Dullersear Irons was a Tailor, he was baptised on the 18th May 1831 at St Botolph, Bishopsgate, London, the illegitimate son of George Dullersear (a Waiter) and Matilda Irons. (Abode recorded as the Workhouse on the baptism record)
George and Jane also had the following children:

George Alfred 1863 in Westminster

In 1861 George, Jane, Ada Matilda (4), Henry William (2) and Francis Thomas (2 months), were living in Portland Street, St James Westminster.
The 1871 census records George, Jane and their children Ada (14), George (7) and Emily (4) living in Union Street, Marylebone, Middlesex. Also recorded in the household was a Joseph Brown (22), a Pianoforte Maker.
By 1881 George and Jane were living separately, George was recorded living at 54 Campden Houses, Kensington. Jane was recorded living at 4 Thomas Gardens, St Pancras, as Jane Brown, wife of Joseph Brown (31), a Pianoforte Maker and her son George Irons (18), a Pianoforte Maker.
Jane’s husband George died aged 54 in 1885 in Hertfordshire.
Jane married Joseph Gilbert Brown in 1886 in Pancras Middlesex.
They were still living in St Pancras in 1891.
The 1901 census records them living in Ashdown Street, St. Pancras. Jane died aged 64 later that year, (death registered as Jane Irons Brown, in Pancras)
Joseph Brown remarried in 1905. His 2nd wife Lizzie Taylor.
The 1911 census records Joseph living at 50 Dale Road, Kentish Town, St Pancras with Lizzie, their daughter Josephine (3) and his stepson Leonard Taylor (17).
Joseph died aged 65 on the 10th November 1914 in St Pancras.
