Thomas Webb was born in Shaw. He was baptised in Speen 12th of April 1795. His parents were John Webb and Phoebe Hughes.

On 14th of July 1824 at Saint Georges ,Hanover square, London, he married Hannah Mitchell.

They had the following children:

Catherine born 1827,  d  9 Nov 1867 m John Gould 3 Feb 1855

Phoebe born 1829m Caleb Fidler and went to Australia

Samuel born 28th November 1834   went to Australia

Ambrose born 1837, died 17 November 1841 age 3

James born 1839, died 27 March 1845 age 4
