Elijah Pettifer died aged 64, 27 March 1869. He was buried from his residence 29 shaw Crescent.

he married mary Jones at Christchurch, Greyfriars Newgate London on the 21st March 1830.

He was a chemist at West London in the 1840s and 50s but in 1861 he was back in woodspeen.

1851 census shows he was in West Ham 1861 centre census shows he was in Speen.

Mary died Q4 1889 aged 89   No children noted
